Thats exactly where WNBD fits in, buyer of the patents and technology from in accordance with the trustees need to raise funds to pay for the patents and any other technology that was of value. NOW WNBD has that and a staff of around a dozen former employees of Gesture Tek.

Good questions. Just providing information I think should be provided that was not. What I see though is a very experience Tech company, with intellectual property, technology, engineers, products, who unfortunately could not manage financially.


So how is Eric going too. Also what is GestureTek bringing as far as personnel, engineers, designers, when he talks about Metaverse development.


Unless there is serious investment funding I am having trouble seeing how this is going to work. Hope it does. Time will tell.

In thinking about this more, I think Eric's offer to buy the assets is going to the bankrupt trustee who will then take the proceeds and distribute to the creditors. The Trustee was discharged in Jan, 2022. Seems like a long time from 2019 but maybe with intellectual property rights, licenses, it takes awhile to sort out. But it seems though Eric is also paying a sum to GestureTek as Eric needs that experience/knowledge to operate the Tech.


Eric should disclose the terms of this deal but I suspect he won't.

Agreed, that's why I thought there'd be a 3a10 vendor debt judgement involved until I realized that last weeks PR was just another in a long long line of public statements disseminated to the investment community dating all the way back to last June.

If Eric saw fit to put out that PR last week...then surely Eric and GestureTek could've also saw fit to divulge all the relevant details on closing to market too...instead of both Eric and Vincent from GestureTek stating "more details will be provided later"...which unfortunately resulted in a very weak share price pop and now erosion has kicked in due to no relevant details forthcoming yet.
