ECSL important update. Dear Shareholders,
I know that some of you have been asking for an update on the status of our purchases and the new terminal in Tampa, and we were hopeful to have something signed by last week, but outside of our efforts, here’s where we are now:
• We received a Commitment Letter late this past Friday from our lender (which is fantastic in itself), yet it had some language issues, which we worked out yesterday and got verbal agreements from the Lender to change the wording. I / we expect to have that new document any minute at which time we will sign and return and get the attorneys moving towards the closing.
• Once the Commitment Letter is signed, we will send it to the Seller who has also already verbally agreed to grant us the attorneys’ time to close these transactions with him.
We are working feverishly to get these done and move towards Closing and building the new CyberFuels Gateway Terminal. Much more to come as we get these documents signed. Exciting times ahead --
