Like I also have told ya, SEEMS THE SEC DON'T REALLY GIVE a RATS TAIL about it unless one is just CAUGHT BLATANTLY with IT and even then don't really care.
TO be real honest with ya, WE ARE PROBABLY lucky that THE RAT Judge did what she did in this case with the issue of IT.
AND IMHO the ONLY REASON SHE DID is that it was BROUGHT OUT IN COURT and on the record by NATE TOMA.............
