I watched some of the TED talk by the doctor you mentioned who passed away. That is so brilliant. The ignorance in our society about fat and sugar is appalling. We need fats and oils to be healthy, but people are brainwashed by marketing and advertising without really thinking about the link between high sugar consumption and the development of fat in the body.
