Again, I hope you are right, but nothing that the shitgibbon said or did or any laws he obviously broke seemed to have any effect on his cult. Having a video of his shooting someone on 5th avenue probably wouldn't change any of those minds.
What is left is the "middle", and the pummeling from misplaced understanding of the economy, which is a potential danger at least for the midterms.
If the idiot would rise to the occasion and just go ahead and die, the republicans might have a rehab period and survive as a party, but at the very least I see him destroying what is left of it if he runs.
To me, it is sort of like his first go-round... once blatant lies became acceptable to a whole cohort of americans, (well conditioned by faux) then any semblance of predictability also changed.
What Comey did to Hillary could easily be a repeat if Garland doesn't get his shit together. Comey and Garland might end up as primary villians in the dustbin of history. Comey already has a reserved seat, IMHO.
