I don’t fully know the legalities of all that stuff.
I do know the company hasn’t said anything about Georgia in regards to results because the company and Georgia cannot talk to contact each other. It is 100% on Georgia to contact company once they are finished with results........ period.

Has Georgia brought Duke into this in regards to a 3rd party? No 8k needed.

I’m just saying that there are ways around a lot of things for specific and various reasons beyond my knowledge.
