If you are referring to me, you are mistaken. My original post here was to address several issues, most of all the huge volume and drop in price this week. If anything my post was to reassure shareholders that they needed to maintain their positions. I gave a reason for the selling and explained that it was due solely to the company raising funds. I addressed other issues, like RS, because of what I have been reading, and tried to explain why this would be a good move for shareholders. If anyone here feels like my post was intended to get people to sell, then they sorely misunderstood what I wrote.

No, it is what investors are looking at - quarterly large dilution.

What is your comment to that? They will need MORE $ to fund roll out and required reliable supply.

Mgt does NOT address dilution OR shareholder interests in ANY release.

So, yes, maybe no RS… but what of dilution qtr to qtr?

This cuts the legs out of any investor buying now.

And absent a restructure then more and more shares will grind the investors down.

Not fear monger…. Just look at what is happening !

THAT is why it is a real current issue
