First all, RS is an accounting trick an signals that a company is in distress. Why? They need additional funding to do something that should come from their operations. Everyone knows that.

In the short term, only the pump and dumpers, shorts, company insiders, and loan organizations buying stock for .0001 and selling it for 10000 percent higher will reap the benefits. Small time long-term investors like myself will lose. I have stood by KGKG for years and expect them to make a profit and then pass on to investors.

At this stage in their development, it would not be a good idea. For a RS to work, a company needs to be profitable (millions of dollars) in money profit assets. They must operate in more than just one state. So far KGKG operates in SC and a few others. They are only in a few stores. There are no KGKG products for sale in the state of Florida, none, their home state. They are not in Publix, Target, Whole foods, etc, not even in their home state of Florida. They need the backing of a much larger beverage company like Arizona beverages to assist with distribution. Everywhere I go, I see Arizona beverages. Coke, Pepsi, etc would do this company good. After they have proven they can survive, and only then, a buyback would look better in the eyes of the big boys and girls.

RS is not a responsible action. It only looks good for a moment and you have the same problem you had before. RS is like doing drugs and alcohol and after you wake up, (or if you wake-up) you got the same problems.

There is a better way for CEO, RC, to improve the image of his company is to buy back shares or through buyout by a larger company. That is when larger investors will take note and start investment into the company. RS IS THE EASY WAY OUT BUT IS THE MOST DANGEROUS WAY OUT!!!
