What don’t you get? It’s being manipulated, as are ALL OTCs. Over 99.9% of OTCs lost share price in 2021. Financial institutions started shorting the entire market, when covid lockdowns we’re announced. This will not change, until the SEC starts enforcing the rules or a market crash bankrupts predatory financial institutions.
