Nothing great, but consistent with the language the legal beagles put in any offering so that they don't get sued if something goes wrong. I'd be more worried about the effect of dilution associated with the new shares on the NASDAQ. The fact that management owns a significant amount of shares, I doubt they are doing anything that they feel will hurt their position.
