Cast... When I see documents supporting the two year assertion that The Big Guy (FJB) received monies indirectly from our enemy (and directly from his son Hunter)... it only further supports my opinion that ALL was not revealed back when the (S) hit the fan with this Cluster F and that GREED runs deep and right to the top of the house. Nothing makes me think that this bankruptcy was clean (according to the book)... good ol Sheila and her crooked cronies made sure of that.
I believe Hosen had the backing of Dimon (Mr Honest... LOL)... Hosen's team of bandits sat on a deep bench in DE (yes, I was there and saw a dozen of them)... Hosen would begin setting up his argument in summary form and then nod to one of his crooks... who went in front of the Judge and pontificated about his/her expertise and why Nelson was wrong... I think she was overwhelmed right out of the gate. And I believe not completely on the Up and Up, herself...!
So, we all are at the whim of this corrupt "system"... money is power... and JPM has been able to throw an endless amount of money to protect what the FDIC and other crooked federal agencies did since The Deal went down.
Without a completely transparent and independent audit of this fiasco... by a reputable and impartial party... we will continue to throw our opinions around until something is filed that clarifies the actual truth... I am not holding my breath. We have what we have.
I know a little (actually a lot) about forensic accounting and it is a scary place when some claim all is in the documents... WOW.
EDIT... If no money ever comes our way... it will be because of the powers to be and their endless greed. The write their own rules.
