Second it's a shell, if your telling the truth you just proved that it is a shell by implying its sold ! But also if your telling the truth you just showed a very large issue.
If they sold they are in violation of disclosure laws since they have to emediatly disclose it to share holders so I call bs on you and the call ... Yes this part is negative since you clearly don't know what negative and positive statements are.
