ron......Wrong.....why?.....WMIL-Litigating Trust was part of the WMIL-T, and was set up to prosecute claims on behalf of equity holders to recover as much assets as they could in court claims....THEY NEVER DID!!.... WHY? Rosen stated that the cost to prosecute these claims in court would be far more than what would be recovered, and WMI put the stop to it...in essence, all escrow holders got was the shares denied to the employees claims...again, not my words, they are Rosens...Lodas

I never saw a lawsuit filed in court, and adjudicated by a judge.... are you saying JPM was tried for defrauding WAMU by Project West and won a HLCE settlement, and it never made the news or SEC filing.... so if you won, WHERE IS THE MONEY....
