You are correct there is no company, its a shell here.
they have been thru three auditors in a short period of time so that should clearly tell you the past is questionable .... Plus it does not matter again a shell.
Also i love the people calling out two year old releases saying there will be a dividend ... LOL. They never did and there is no company currently its not going to happen it was an old attempt to pump up people talking about the stock that fizzeled.
They are due for their financial statements ... they are always late, question is will they make it or will we slip to yeild or further till they submit ...
But we will make money i have a few times with this one ....
