ron... that document is 13 yeas old, it means nothing....this document never produced any monetary returns...where is the money...? did the courts ever adjudicate this charge and award monetary recovery?...is this document an on going court issue to be resolved, or has been resolved...?.. if resolved, what was the monetary award to equity holders, or who received the award?...is this document being punted to some other date later on, when the FDIC closes the receivership?...what will be the resolution of this award to shareholders...? will the non-debtors subs receive these awards, or do they go directly to equity payouts...? where is the documentation after 13 years of litigation by WAMU and JPM..?...questions, questions, without resolution... fortunately, this was all resolved in the production of POR 7....any money coming from any other source would go to the FDIC to plug the 16 billion dollar hole in WAMU's balance sheet because of the depositors run on the bank....just more waiting and punting, Lodas
