ron...is it your assertion that somehow this document will prove to be profitable to equity shareholders?....where is the settlement, when will it be, and for how much?....is this payment within the POR 7 document, or outside the payments already made to equity shareholders that received stock in the new company?....POR 6 has no relevancy at this point, it was superseded by POR 7, and ratified by all parties involved, including those that were caught with colorable trading...what are the names of these non-debtor subs that were withheld from the court?...why don't Wmih, now coop list these non debtor subs on their balance sheet?...maybe they were sold off to pay the creditors in chapter 11....POR 7 says All assets of WMIIC, and WMI were placed in the WMIL-T to satisfy creditors...close to 7.5 billion was paid out to classes of creditor claims.....Lodas
