I want to think he's being stand-offish until he has 100% solidified good info this time, given his recent disappointing tickers. However, I tend to think that he's just not very good at this part of the job, and perhaps others. But yeah even though it's always been an OTC gamble, and we could lose it all, I'm getting pretty annoyed not knowing if I've won or lost.
