Ok yes HD had all this planned. Knew new judge wouldn’t be up to speed and he could delay it. Notice how prelim injunction was timed to happen same week that order for final judgement in custodian case was. HD knew he could get prelim injunction and stall it for a month and make Frank look bad and hopefully he would settle
