Saying something is overpriced AF is not saying it’s a scam.
The Beaver is on the hook for the property. That’s not what a typical OTC CEO does.
Between the property and the merger they could be getting close to meeting NASDAQ minimum requirements, though it still may take a couple of years.
There’s not much of a market for the shares. OTC is pump and dump. That doesn’t appear to be The Beaver’s style, though it is some of the affiliates style.
