Cliff has spent the “pandemic years” relaxing at his home on Cape Cod and supporting his life style by selling shares of ITOX to the uninformed.

There is no meaningful business at ITOX - just the issuance of nebulous PR and the selling of company stock. And there is more of that to come as 1,000,000,000 (one billion) shares are authorized.
