Strange to refer to missing SEC filings since erhe history shows the following:

Dickran did not disclose his/her holdings until a year after purchases were made.

It has also been alleged that Offor and erhc insiders are purposely not disclosing their stock transactions as required.

Even more egregious, at least 1 shareholder with well over 5% of shares has openly admitted to owning close to 10% of erhe shares and defiantly and intentionally not reporting to the SEC as required.

Top it off with deadbeat erhc not filing its own financials for over 4 years.

So using the absence of SEC filings to prove anything is not an effective, reliable or even logical methodology. Based on their own documented history, erhe's largest shareholders cannot be relied upon to disclose their stock transactions in a timely matter or even at all, even though required to do so by SEC regulations.
