you better believe it...the kings group is likely doing a whole lot more than making clothes...they have a division that deals with medical applications...and they dont give a crap what the FDA thinks...

Oh excuse me. I didn't know you were privy to the negotiating that went on. How lucky of you to get a glimpse of offers made then rejected then made again and accepted. Or is it possible you didn't get a glimpse of anything because you weren't there?

Given the company's history it's likely Kim negotiated his way to a lesser deal than was originally offered.
