Thanks for the link - I hope that's the case. I'd still want to see the actual terms of the note. It's convertible, but maybe not with discounted shares if indeed it's not toxic. The term "unnecessary" seems pretty subjective regarding "no unnecessary dilution" - would also want to know what that means in practical application.
But overall, glad to see the ball wasn't dropped here. Let's see what happens...
