Maybe he's looking for more distributors in USA they already have South America and Australia and Middle East already linked on their website IMO

I would be very surprised if snpw recognizes any significant revenue in 2022. If successful I think into 2023 would be more likely. For example:

. Supply chain availability - its very hard to secure components to produce technology products. Everything from chips, capacitors, inductors etc are in very short supply. Large companies such as the auto industry, file server, power supply, pcdu are all impacted. It is broad based

. COVID is impacting production in China. One person test positive and the factory goes down. Worse yet is direct labor uses mass transportation to get to work - it’s down in many areas. Shanghai, where I used to live, is going through heck right now.

. Foxess is a fairly new company where I doubt there is a broad customer base - need to win business and designs - and train the sales force - after hired.

Again, I would be surprised if this takes off to any meaningful degree until way into 2023 - assuming they can be successful.

On the success, is the plan for snpw to hire distributors to distribute products covered under the snpw distributor relationships? Would snpw be the middleman. Seems like the costs of such would be expensive, and then the 35% tariff on China goods comes into play.

Will watch how this unfolds.
