Thanks for the post, it all sounds wonderful, but the DFC- US Development Finance Corporation is for out of country loans only. So unless they consider NioCorp Canadian and not an American mine we won’t get any help from them, unless it is through a third party. But that’s not to say the DOI, DOE OR DOD of the US government can’t do something on its own.

Chico; What I wonder when I look at that is why not Canada? They are not chopped liver when it comes to valuable mineral deposits! (And next door?)
