I think BOXS bring on board RESPEC as their partner is subliminally and incredibly huge that I think many investors have been sleeping on. Keep in mind that our current CEO here at BOXS took MJNE to $4.00 in 2018:

Just to get an idea of who BOXS is bringing on board by adding RESPEC to their team, I think all should read below to understand why I truly believe they will have their Lithium Projects maxed out to achieve its full potential value as BHP Billiton is one of the largest mining companies in the world.

RESPEC was contracted by BHP Billiton (one of the largest mining companies in the world) to perform a thorough geomechanical and hydrogeological analysis of a greenfield Canadian potash project. This effort included a comprehensive laboratory testing program to define the material properties of critical salt and nonsalt units. Numerical modeling was performed to investigate the response and provide a comparative analysis of many aspects of the mine design, from production panels (where access needs to be maintained for only a few months) to the shaft pillar (where access is required for several decades). RESPEC also conducted a study to examine the different mechanisms and causes for inflows into underground salt and potash mines and provided recommendations for methods to mitigate and/or prevent mine-threatening inflow events.

I think BOXS have brought RESPEC on board for some major reasons of growth that they are very confident will be transpiring in the near future. After doing more due diligence (DD) on RESPEC, there is no way they would be here for something small or minor. I am very confident that they know exactly why they are here and it is for something major that we will learn about soon with the BOXS Lithium Projects in my opinion.
