JT is no longer with this company. SBC took it over and are now transforming it. Too much talk about an excompany president who does not exist anymore.
NSAV has not filed on time since I've owned it, which is almost 5 years now. Don't expect that to change any time soon. Q1 is due April 15. You will see another late filing report then, then the results a week later. The only surprise here would be if they actually filed on time.
