I believe you are wrong.

They found one investor putting up 17 Million that's what they did and why it was cancelled IMO

The RS was put in place to protect the 17 million dollar investor who financed the six million dollars of equipment that is in Rhode Island.

It is the investors insurance policy.

When it looked like Medrecycler was going to be approved the RS was withdrawn.

When revenue comes in from the distributorship the RS will be cancelled again. IMHO.
