How many of those assets were owned and paid for? All of BioAmber was buried in a heavy debt load. If those assets were actually owned and paid for BioAmber would have been able to save itself. That is why BioAmber couldn’t get anyone to lend them anymore money. That is why nobody wanted BioAmber as a going concern as it was buried in debt
