There wouldn't be enough handcuffs on hand, that would be needed after the documentary, and as they were filming and interviewing all those involved, the SEC would just say if its those involved in Wall Street firms, don't bother us, if its the general public on social media networks then we will get involved and charge them with stock manipulation, Wall Street gets a pass on that kind of activity, that is considered an criminal act if committed by retail social media traders.
