Unfortunately true, most of the bad raps do fade or get slaps. But, there are occasions where lessons are served to the broader market participants.

Also, a looming shareholder suit just keeps this on the front page and churning.

Sad but true though, alot of cases just dont go anywhere or get meeted out appropriately. Some penalties are down right laughable.

This case may or may not be different.. Time will tell.
