...you can't be serious? This entire discussion sparked up when I refuted the claim that the application process has definitely started

"is currently" - that means has started. I didn't even claim they haven't started. All I told him was that we don't know they have started, so he can't claim it as a 'fact' when it is just his opinion. I don't refute that they intend to apply for P1 and hope to have it fast tracked. That should be literally every dev stage bio company's goal.
