Perhaps I've forgotten how to read in my years, but where on that page does it say they have started the fast track application?

It certainly says they intend to; it doesn't say the process has begun.

For ADVA, it states that upcoming milestones are:

? GMP Manufacturing (5 Kilograms)
? IND-Enabling Studies
? Filing of IND Application (“Fast-Track” anticipated)
? Phase I Clinical Trials (Pancreatic Cancer, Jewish General Hospital)

Now tell me, how can they be in the process of filing the IND application when the IND enabling studies haven't even occured?

And the 'anti-viral program' (note, no longer "SBFM-PL4", I suspect because SBFM-PL4 has failed) is even further behind.

So, no, I'm not calling SBFM liars. But I am calling someone a liar.

Sunshine has clearly said in the filings from last year that the company will apply for fast track and ask for permission to conduct human trials.

Now months have passed, so it is correct to assume that the application is either being worked on or the application has been sent in by now.

Nobody ever said that the application has absolutely been sent in. That assertion is a lie.
