There's no question there's dilution taking place here. One only has to look to see both OTCX and PAUL on level 2. With that said a R/S is't even on the table right now. The last pr was used to move notes and I expect another pr to move more in the short future. OTC you learn to play stocks before they play you, or at least try. lol gl.
