Ahhh, but the discussion by and large was about DLM, and that was what I was talking about which I made it clear from post to post. My focus on that aspect was obvious. I am the one who posted the Form 4 regarding Jon, so obviously understand the rules regarding the Form 4. Anyone can understand them if they take the time to read up on them. Boring stuff as it is.
What is being referenced once again and provided as links is not at all what is being requested. It's easy to post links for 10Ks. I am asking just as I posted the Form 4 regarding DR Jon (with explanation) to have the differences as you have referenced (but not having provided any numbers) isolated and provided here. A picture with explanation would suffice. I am NOT asking for a Form 4 to link anything as there is no Form 4 to link regarding DLM as to the matter in question, therefore you would be UNABLE to link any Form 4. No one would be able too. No kidding. That's obvious so the insertion of not being able to provide a link to a Form 4 regarding DLM wasn't necessary but thanks?
DLM has not sold any shares, nor has he given any shares back to the company. And I was not talking about Dr Jon having given back shares to the company which was ANOTHER topic entirely in relation to filing the FORM 4 that I posted here. I wasn't aware that I was supposed to state all of the rules as to when a Form 4 is required? I certainly didn't think that was some requirement? Certainly it wasn't required in my discussion about DLM since he has NOT given back any shares nor has he sold shares. If so where is the DAMN Form 4? LOL... I digress.
So please if possible isolate what YOU are talking about regarding the differences between the 10Ks and post them here by a photo if possible which will suffice. I have not requested any links to a Form 4 for DLM that doesn't exist. Sigh.
Good, it looks like one has learned that a Form 4 does not mean a person sold shares as your previous post continued to state.
One has learned? Well then that is so good to hear. The discussion was narrow focused on DLM regarding his shares. That's how the posts read to me. Therefore that's where the focus stayed. At length it evolved not of my doing to include Dr. Jon, and my posts from post to post were still clearly discussing only DLM up until just recently when I posted the Form 4 with explanation regarding Dr. Jon.
Obviously, if DR Jon will file a Form 4 for GIVING back 150,000,000 to the company then DLM would be doing the same thing whether he were to sell shares or give shares back to the company. Elementary.
Imagine that. Dr. Jon gave 150,000,000 shares back. Not many CEOs would do something like that.
"It looks like one has learned that a Form 4 does not mean a person sold shares."
REALLY? Umm ok great then.
In light of the discussion having been about DLM and not about Dr Jon, it is incorrect to state that it looks like one has learned that "A FORM 4 DOES NOT MEAN A PERSON SOLD SHARES." A Form 4 is definitely for that purpose generally speaking as well (although as stated DLM has NOT done any of this so therefore no Form 4 would be filed) or there would have been no discussion, so that is an incorrect statement. You are aware that a Form 4 is required for buying and selling shares as well as was outlined in my previous post correct?
