A new CUSIP number doesn't close out shorts it would cause naked shorts to lose and the funniest part is that you still think that AVVH is being shorted.
Why don't you post your DD to prove that there is any NSS on AVVH - no one shorts a sub-penny stock.
You really need to read the FINRA bi-weekly report and it states very clearly that there isn't any FTDs.
Just more excuses to cover Sanchez's incompetence.
