A discrepancy is one thing. Stating a discrepancy is something else without providing the facts is another story. A discrepancy was pointed out and it was discussed. So? What?
It's been pointed out that the 8k is well worth reading also (in different language of course but stated more than once by posters).
Where is the form 4? Maybe I missed not seeing it. I'll have to check again.
