Lower volumes equal potential share price “management” (I hate to use the word manipulation).
The share price sure hasn’t gone up 30% over the past two weeks due to a flurry of news and reported events. And it hasn’t done it on a stampede of buyers. There’s interested speculators out there, no question. But they haven’t flooded the bid yet.
