Its the beginning they vote, both the house and senate then they have to send the bill to committee. There will need to be new tax laws written there will have to be new banking regulations put in place and there will still be laws similar to moon shine where once the feds legalize it if you produce it you're violating federal tax laws and that's a stiff penalty.
The bill should be ready for Biden to sign by November or December and will most likely go into effect in Jan of 2023
