--FYI if you check the history of this CEO you'll quickly find he's a pathological, serial liar. So calling him isn't likely to be worth the time and breath to do it.

Disclosures have been scrubbed/sanitized..not a single major "beneficial shareholder" is named..not even the CEO! You have to go back to Q3 2015 to see what was going on back then before Eddie stopped reporting.

Eddie took over SUTI on 7/28/2014. Why? Because his PRPM was slapped with a year long DTCC "global lock." So he and his wanted felon CEO front man/stooge had to scramble to find a new home for their "instant marijuana experts empire" to.

So go to the disclosures and look for "Officer/Director Disclosure - Officer/Director Disclosure" filed on 08/20/2014 and work your way up.

The first couple of disclosures listed names of some of the older investors. However, the list later exploded with dozens of "Rule 144 conversions." Also, Eddie, his sister Angie and her husband James Scott Tassan reportedly controlled about 60% of all shares back then. He played the "I'm lowering the A/S" from 5.5bn to 3.5bn. In his last filing before going AWOL for 6+ years he reported:

Total shares authorized: 3,500,000,000 as of: 09/30/2015
(Lesss than HALF the 8bn authorized now)
Total shares outstanding: 2,969,209,834 as of: 09/30/2015
(The SAME as just reported 6-1/2 years later)
