The tri-iodide I have is 12.5mg. That's a lot - 8,333%DV. Company is EuroMedica. 6.06mg of potassium iodide. 6.06mg of sodium iodide. .38mg of molecular iodine from kelp. The body stores it, so you don't usually need it every day. Ours is capsule form, like a vitamin capsule. My wife gets it through a source from her Dr. Requires a code.

She recently ordered some similar from Swanson. The link is above. It is cheaper there, and this stuff is a bit pricey. I can't say anything yet about their product. Swanson also has sales and coupons.
