There is no regulatory quiet period. When they did the offering, that got put into that NASDAQ screen, and they have no reason to change it. The company can release any sort of news they want, and are obligated to release anything they consider material on an 8K.
The company is quiet because they don’t have anything to say, and this crap about a quiet period is just a social media campaign to try and make the naive anxious to buy stock.
