Agree on the first point. On the 2nd point for coop shares, nothing other than the initial funding is there so nothing really to gain on that point at this point. I think if any legacy assets are brought back there would need to be remedy of sorts. Will that happen and are there remote? We will be finding out one way or another and obviously I hope its closer to F&E than we have seen so far... Best regards
