Celestial One, I'm the wrong person to ask. Am a newbie to these shell mergers and so far, have gotten my clock cleaned twice.
As Doog posted, should think this would not be a good thing for this ticker or Frank. With this ticker they have to resolve this Hovendick mess before they can merge it, I would think.
