What has happened yesterday can be perceived in many different ways! IF Veemost KNOWINGLY put out that duplicate merger press release last Friday, and then cancelled the merger one day later, they are in big trouble! Did people buy in confidence seeing the duplicate merger press release last Friday based on what Veemost stated a second time? I would believe so!
A theory of a conspiracy between Alpha and Veemost is ridiculous. I do not see how anyone can rationally come to such a conclusion given all of the info we have reviewed. Then when considering what each had to gain if the merger succeeded as opposed to lose if failed makes this ridiculous.
Alpha stocks are all crashing and will continue to go to worthless as word gets spread about the JPEX merger failure.
Veemost has major projects on hold until they can become a publicly traded company. Big picture is exponentially greater than what any sort of share scam could compensate for.
