plaintiffs filed motions for summary judgment yesterday.
today brown/waters/yentel are all talking publicly about housing finance reform.
we are now waiting for the motions for summary judgment to be redeacted or just released without redactions.. point estimate is ~1 week. maybe sooner, maybe later.
but the main thing is expecting the capital planning rule to get finalized by end of this month
admin reform would be lit! (but i expect spspa conversion)
