You place far too much faith in him. Look at what he's been adjudicating lately. Defendant is going to continue to do what they want with no pushback from Courts or plaintiff's counsel. How long does something typically have to occur until you accept it as protocol? Royce will do NOTHING...again.
PS And now that the defendant has plead for a bench trial, you can pretty much rest assured that's exactly what they'll get.
How a judge or jury can be asked to make a ruling w/o seeing ALL the evidence is ludicrous. This should NEVER be allowed to happen, ever. I don't care if it's an issue of national security or presidential privilege or whatever, it opens the door to criminal activity. Transparency is what's needed. The system is rigged.
