As I've said before, we won in Afghanistan in 3months then went back on our word and stayed for another 20 yrs...

We used Lawyer speak to get Ukraine to give up nukes after the fall of the USSR...They wanted their sovereignty protected in return...We used the word Assurances as a golden parachute, like Clinton mincing the word Is...

We are only as good as our word,,But I'm old fashioned and modern times dictate to say anything to get what you want or don't..
