I am aware of the fact that the FHFA is seemingly unrestrained. I have been consistent in that the common posts that "Lamberth will be angry" or that "Ugoletti Lied" don't help the shareholders.

1. If Lamberth determined Ugoletti lied, the next reason to rule for the defendent will become the reason to rule for the defendent. Just watch any progressive communications or actions. What they said or did never matters; the only thing that matters is what they are saying and doing now.

2. If Lamberth determined that Ugoletti lied then possibly (I doubt it because Bureaucrat Lives Matter) the perjury statutes or contempt of court will be invoked? None of this helps the shareholders.
