Republicans never think for more than a second, and yes they will sacrifice everyone but themselves, and never really give a shit when they discover they were wrong, or miscalculated, or didn't know that your opponent plays by no rules. It's fucking war, there are no rules, you make it as miserable as you can, you disgust civilization with how well you can destroy. Something like Bush did with his bombing of Irag.
